Worst company ever. So I booked a return transfer private car for the family holiday. Decent price, pretty standard without upset.

The booking process was straight forward but not the easiest interface to understand if I remember correctly. Obviously with covid, the holiday was no longer an option for us as a family.

It took 10 emails and an escalation just for a response. I took to twitter and they played it cool as if I DM them with my details they'll be able to help.

Badly let down. I was stranded in Sousse and barely made it to the airport in time as Hoppa took my booking but did not provide a taxi. Don't ever want to use them again and am now having to go via small claims court to get a refund as a credit note under the circumstances is unacceptable.
